The home cooked mediterranean food has always been delicious yet nutritious. Since all those meals were prepared by my parents, I’ve never been interested in how they were cooked but have only shown interest in eating them. At least only till I went away for the University…


To achieve a proper mental and physical state one must adjust their diet accordingly. Initially I spent time on developing the taste of my dishes with the proper cooking techniques. Later on, I started working on the art of plating. Instead of cooking the already available recipes, one can achieve much better results when one cooks experimentally. It boosts the creativity while providing more pleasure... Enjoy!
